What is the typical duration of the recruitment process?

We will review your application within 48 business hours of receiving it. Our goal is to notify successful candidates within 7 business days and schedule interviews within 14 business days. If you advance to the interview phase, we will contact you to organise a suitable time.

Will I receive notification even if my application is unsuccessful?

Due to the high volume of applications we receive for various roles across Perth, we regret that we cannot respond to all applicants. Only those who are successful in securing an interview will be contacted. We sincerely appreciate the time and effort you invested in preparing and submitting your application, and we value your interest in Tribe Early Learning.

How long will my details be retained on file?

We will retain your application on file for 6 months. If no suitable positions become available during this period, we will securely and permanently delete all records associated with your application.
